So maybe the South Shore Park shooter was here legally. Xoff doesn't have to apologize after all.
I guess the larger issue is the way criminals can sneak into Mexico and avoid extradition. That's yet another reason that the Mexican border is unlike the Wisconsin-Illinois stateline.
Not so fast...
ReplyDeleteTHE larger issue is why Mexicans can sneak into the US.
The fact that this perp is an exception makes no difference--
An exception to what?
ReplyDeleteThe Milwaukee Journal Sentinel newspaper must not think the shooter’s immigration status is important because they placed their correction on page 5B of the Waukesha section. The larger issue is illegal employers. Are you suggesting a Berlin type wall to keep criminals in?
ReplyDeleteHey, dad29--it's time to eat crow.
ReplyDeleteYou and the other right-wingers tried to use the Memorial Day incident to malign all illegal immigrants. It was a classic example of bigoted stereotyping.
But, of course, being far-right means never having to say you're sorry.
Amazon, your ThoughtLeader (Xoff) has not yet apologized for calling me a racist.
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting...
I don't know about a Berlin wall, but it illustrates - again - the fact that Mexico differs from the US in ways that Wyoming does not differ from Colorado. There are differences in law and policy that we cannot control and that compel transit across the border in ways that harm both countries. Because we can't control the law and policy, it is imperative that we control the border.
