Palin and the Post

A Washington Post reporterseems to think that Sarah Palin has claimed that Saddam Hussein's now deposed regime in Iraq was responsible for the 9-11 attacks.

This is what she said:

Gov. Sarah Palin linked the war in Iraq with the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, telling an Iraq-bound brigade of soldiers that included her son that they would "defend the innocent from the enemies who planned and carried out and rejoiced in the death of thousands of Americans."

Sarah Palin quite obviously does not believe that these soldiers are going over to Iraq to defend the innocent from Hussein's regime. He's dead. It's gone.

What she does believe is that they are going over to Iraq to defend the innocent from al Qaeda in Iraq. Al Qaeda did, as I recall, have something to do with 9-11.

And, pray tell, why is Al Qaeda in Iraq now? You can thank Mr. Bush.

And I suppose that President Bush is responsible for the attacks of 9/11 too.

Oops I forgot. Cheney did it. My bad.

And, pray tell, why have we not had another terrorist attack on American soil in 7 years? You can thank people like my brother who just completed his second tour of duty in Iraq to protect the rights of people like you. Say thank you.

Anon 11:12. I hope your brother is able to come back to this country healthy and whole, but he is NOT defending America. I never said Bush is responsible for
9/11 and neither is Cheney. Again--WHY DID THE US INVADE IRAQ??????? Oh that's right, it was all about the oil! Believe all the talking points you hear from Faux News, the White House, and yes, even from the Shark. Al Qaeda was NOT in Iraq prior to the US invading that country.

"Al Qaeda in Iraq" had nothing to do with 9/11. It didn't even exist until we were stupid enough to invade and occupy that country. They are affiliated about as much with Al Qaeda as the Pittsburg Pirates are to the Little League Lake Park Pirates.

Thank you, Mike Plaisted. Now, if only more people could comprehend that!

The left would love nothing more that a Saddam Hussen alive and well, still wreaking havoc in the Middle East...that's their liberal utopia...well that and nationalized health care for all!

Anon 2:48--you're insane! Why would ANYONE want that? Are you saying that executing Saddam was why we invaded Iraq? You neocons ALWAYS keep changing the reason why this country invaded Iraq. Make up one lie and stick to it.

The reason that "more people" don't comprehend that is because it's not true. The Post modified the offending article to include the following statement:

But it is widely agreed that militants allied with al-Qaeda have taken root in Iraq since the U.S.-led invasion.

To say that they had nothing to do with 9-11 is like saying that the particular Japanese soldiers that we attacked on, say, Okinawa had nothing to do with Pearl Harbor.

Al Qaeda didn't have much presence in the Iraq before the war but they are there know and they're awfully nasty. Track Palin will be protecting innocents from them and, yes, they are part of the group that planned and carried out 9-11.

Great how Governor Palin was FOR earmarks before she was AGAINST them! According to Sen. McCain on The View today, she NEVER asked for an earmark as Governor of Alasks! Someone better show him the SEVENTY PAGE MEMO she sent to the crook Republican Sen. Ted Stevens in January, 2008, ask for $200+ MILLION in earmarks in the next federal Budget. She makes flip-flopping John Kerry look like a piker in this regard!

Rick, Plaisted and the rest of the lib loonies are completely aware of the truth here.
Don't correct them. They are wiggling like worms on the end of a hook. They want so badly to win an unwinnable argument that they are imploding.
Normal Americans understand. Even these nut-jobs understand that we are fighting Al Qaeda and have virtually wiped them out in Iraq.
They just want to win an arguement.
It's hilarious. And impotent.

If even casually analyzed by WaPo and other MSM outlets, Sen. Obama's recent ad attacking Sen. McCain's computer literacy could really torpedo the Democrat's campaign. The ad is both shameful and substantively inaccurate. Sen McCain's injuries as a POW severely restrict his ability to use a keyboard. Furthermore, Slate and Forbes have previously noted that Sen. McCain is in fact very tech-savvy and, with the assistance of his wife, is able to use e-mail quite well. The issue is whether professional journalists will pick this story up, or bury it.

Specifically, what it was that set them off in the bedroom. Naturally, the condition of penis sizegenetics was broached more than once, and these ladies were not shy with their opinions. However, what they said surprised me a few facts and this will probably surprise quite a lot of guys. Right here is the truth about penis sizegenetics from two women who may have experienced their share.sizegenetics matters, but bigger isn't really always better. One from the girls pointed out the fact which many female orgasms in sizegenetics films (where they happen to be generally having sex with guys whorrrre massively endowed) are very obviously faked.
